HWKeeper is a free service that keeps an inventory of a company’s computers and reports when their hardware, software or connected devices change. Here is how to reach us.
1. Email
privacy@hwkeeper.com — for everything: questions about the product, your account, your data, security reports and partnership requests. We read every message and usually reply within a few business days.
If you write about an account, please send the message from the email address registered in that account, so that we can verify it is you.
2. Request forms on the website
- More than 50 computers — the free plan covers up to 50 computers per account; for a larger fleet use the form on the home page.
- Plan for MSPs — if you look after several companies’ computers, use the form in the “For MSPs” section.
3. Where to look first
